This a free public charter school located in South Jordan, Utah, is accepting applications for a Long-Term Substitute for the 2026-2027 school year.
Mountain West Montessori Academy will provide student-centered, individualized education, based on Montessori philosophy and research-based best practices. The educational program will focus on interdisciplinary connections and hands-on learning experiences.
In support of this mission, preference may be given to candidates who have previous Montessori teaching experience, hold Montessori certification, and/or are willing to undergo training to become Montessori certified.
Candidate must submit for and pass a background check in accordance with Utah's Department of Public Safety requirements. Preference may be given to candidates who hold a valid Elementary teaching license.
