We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Yard Worker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the yard, ensuring that all materials and equipment are properly stored and accessible. Responsibilities

• Perform regular cleaning and maintenance of the yard area, including removing debris and trash.
• Organize materials and equipment in designated storage areas to ensure easy access.
• Assist in loading and unloading materials from trucks or containers.
• Operate yard equipment such as forklifts, pallet jacks, or other machinery as needed (training may be provided).
• Follow safety guidelines to maintain a safe working environment for yourself and others.
• Report any safety hazards or maintenance needs to the supervisor promptly.
• Collaborate with team members to complete tasks efficiently and effectively.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a yard or warehouse setting is preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift heavy objects (up to 50 pounds) and perform physical tasks throughout the day.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices related to yard work is a plus.
• Willingness to learn new skills and operate machinery safely.
• Must be able to work in various weather conditions, including heat, cold, rain, or snow.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 - $19.03 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
