Responsibilities
The ARNP/PA-C will play a vital role in providing comprehensive women’s healthcare services, including:
- Conducting STI testing, performing blood draws, and prescribing treatment as necessary.
- Providing well-woman exams, including Pap and HPV testing, and prescribing treatment when needed.
- Performing limited OB ultrasounds to support diagnostic procedures.
- Offering one-on-one patient consultations and educational sessions on STIs, sexual health, and pregnancy.
- Analyzing diagnostic and laboratory results, clearly communicating findings and recommendations.
- Administering pregnancy testing and conducting patient consultations with sensitivity and compassion.
- Delivering pregnancy education and making appropriate referrals to support patient needs.
- Assisting with the development and implementation of patient education programs in alignment with our holistic model of care.
Qualifications
- Current ARNP or PA-C license in the state of Washington.
- Clinical experience in women’s health and reproductive health, including STI management.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to educate and counsel patients effectively.
- A collaborative approach to working within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Demonstrated commitment to compassionate, patient-centered care.
- Familiarity with AAAHC accreditation standards preferred.
