The DON will be responsible for overseeing the nursing department and providing exceptional patient care. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and communication skills, with a passion for inspiring and mentoring nursing staff.
Responsibilities
Provide leadership and guidance to the nursing staff to ensure delivery of high-quality patient care
Develop and implement nursing policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards
Recruit, hire, and retain qualified nursing staff
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless care transitions and coordination
Conduct performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to nursing staff
Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes
Maintain accurate records and reports to ensure regulatory compliance
Requirements
