Shifts Available: Day shift, M-F, 8a-430p
Position: Wound Care Registered Nurse ( RN )
Location: Mountain View Rehabilitation and Care Center, Pineville, KY

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive wound assessments and develop individualized treatment plans
- Administer wound care treatments including dressing changes, debridement, and documentation
- Monitor wound healing progression and communicate findings with the interdisciplinary team
- Collaborate with providers, nursing staff, and therapists to deliver coordinated care
- Educate staff, patients, and families on wound care management and prevention
- Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely clinical records in the electronic medical record system
- Adhere to infection control and safety protocols in all aspects of wound care delivery
Qualifications:
- Current and unencumbered LPN license in the state of Kentucky
- Previous experience in wound care or completion of wound care certification preferred
- Strong clinical knowledge of wound healing, infection control, and pressure ulcer prevention
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Familiarity with PointClickCare (PCC) or other EMR systems is a plus
- CPR/BLS certification required
