Essential Functions
- Defines project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and success criteria in collaboration with internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Develops comprehensive project plans, including task sequencing, resource allocation, dependencies, and milestones.
- Coordinates cross-functional teams and facilitates collaboration to ensure alignment with project goals and organizational priorities.
- Tracks project progress using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques; monitors scope, budget, schedule, and risks throughout the project lifecycle.
- Manages changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using established change control processes; ensures project goals remain on track.
- Identifies and resolves issues that could impact project success; escalates risks and delays to leadership as appropriate.
- Prepares and delivers project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including timelines, progress, risks, and key decisions.
- Maintains accurate project documentation, including project plans, meeting notes, decisions, issue logs, and change records.
- Ensures completion of deliverables on time, within scope, and within budget in accordance with defined project objectives.
- Conducts post-project evaluations to assess performance, outcomes, and opportunities for improvement.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Maintains regular and reliable attendance.
- Complies with all policies and standards.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, or a related field required
- 3-6 years of relevant experience managing projects in a corporate, healthcare, or cross-functional environment required
- Experience in healthcare, operations, or systems implementation preferred
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities, deadlines, and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and time management skills.
- Effective written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to various audiences.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools (e.g., Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or equivalent).
- Ability to influence without authority and lead cross-functional teams.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to analyze problems and recommend data-driven solutions.
- Certified Project Management Professional (PMP)-PMI preferred
