Schedule:
Standard operating hours are 8:00 am – 5:00 pm; Monday-Friday. Specific work hours will be established through discussions with your supervisor.

Job Summary:
Has full responsibility for all disciplines, services, and administrative tasks related to the direct operation of the Mountain View PACE Centers.
Duties/Responsibilities:
Oversees all the Center operations to ensure consistency and effectiveness of Mountain View PACE services delivery model.
Provides leadership, management and guidance to Center Managers and their teams as needed.
Initiates policy and procedure changes for continued compliance with regulatory requirements.
Provides technical assistance, access rights, and training to Center Management personnel on the Electronic Health Record system.
Serves as liaison between individual program disciplines, other Center departments, and community service providers.
Will assist as the liaison between the program and any State or CMS agencies.
Acts as liaison with contracted providers to address issues or quality concerns.
Participates in management team meetings and serves as a liaison between administration and Center management staff.
Oversees the Mountain View PACE consolidated Center budget. Partners with Finance re: strategic investments and spending.
Partners with HR and IT experts to ensure regional talent and technology needs are being met.
Other duties as assigned.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
The Director of Center Operations has significant leadership and management responsibilities.
Hires, trains, evaluates, coaches and disciplines managers and staff in the Center.
Ensures staffing levels are maintained appropriately to provide safe and effective care.
Recommends staffing level changes related to strategic planning and budget development.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Must possess a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with frequent regional travel. Must be able to be insured to drive Company vehicles.
Possess good organizational, communication, and leadership and management skills.
Able to function well and provide leadership in a highly team-based environment.
Must possess the ability to make independent decisions when circumstances warrant such action.
Must be able to deal tactfully and patiently with personnel, Participants, family members, visitors, government agencies/personnel, and the public.
Ability to organize work and follow through on assigned tasks.
Must have the cognitive ability to process and perform tasks for Participant safety.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Education and Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited college or university. MBA or advanced degree preferred.
One year of experience working with the frail and elderly population or willing to participate in extensive training as needed.
Requirements:
Successful completion of background check, physical, drug screening, TB Screening.
Physical Requirements:
Must be able to move intermittently throughout the workday.
Must be able to drive a motor vehicle.
Sits, stands, bends, lifts, and moves intermittently during working hours.
Is subject to lifting, carrying, and supporting Participants.
