1. Operational Oversight:
- Oversee all daily operations during the assigned shift, ensuring smooth functioning of all departments (e.g., resident care, dining, activities, housekeeping, maintenance).
- Monitor and ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal regulations governing assisted living facilities, as well as company policies and procedures.
- Conduct regular rounds of the facility to ensure cleanliness, safety, and adherence to established protocols.
