The Role
We are looking for an Imaging Field Service Engineer to join our team in the Phoenix, Arizona area. You will be the primary technical resource for our customers in your territory, the person they count on when something goes wrong, and the person they trust to keep things running right. You will work independently in the field, but you are never truly alone. Collaboration and support are always just a phone call away.
This is a dispatched, work-from-home based position. Your office is your truck and your customers' facilities.
What Your Days Look Like
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with imaging centers, hospitals, and clinics across your territory
- Responding to service calls and getting critical equipment back up and running as quickly as possible
- Performing scheduled Preventive Maintenance to keep systems operating at peak performance
- Troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues on Siemens, GE, and Philips CT, PET, Nuclear Medicine, and X-Ray equipment, including Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology systems
- Keeping your service manager and internal team informed with clear, timely communication
- Spotting opportunities to better serve customers and passing relevant leads to the sales team
- Being available for after-hours on-call support on a rotating basis
- Continuously learning, sharing what you know, and making the team around you better
What You Bring to the Table
- CT, PET, and Nuclear Medicine experience on Siemens, GE, and Philips platforms is strongly preferred and will absolutely set you apart
- X-Ray experience is a plus; Cath Lab and Interventional Radiology (IR) experience is highly valued
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in biomedical technology, electronics, computer engineering, or related field — military training and equivalent hands-on experience are equally respected
- 3 or more years of medical imaging field service experience
- The ability to work independently, manage your own time, and make smart decisions without someone looking over your shoulder
- Clear and confident communication skills — with customers, with teammates, and with leadership
- Proficient with Microsoft Office; experience with service management or ERP systems is a bonus
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
Physical & Travel Requirements
- 50–75% travel within your assigned territory
- Must be able to lift and maneuver equipment up to 100 lbs
- Comfortable working in a variety of clinical environments — bending, kneeling, climbing, and everything in between
- Must successfully complete a background check, MVR review, and drug screen
Compensation & Benefits
- Competitive salary based on experience
- Overtime pay
- Performance-based bonus structure
- Medical, dental, vision, life, and disability coverage
- 401(k) with company matching
- Paid time off and holidays
