Service Delivery Driver - MTN View Hyundai

We are currently looking for a dependable and customer-focused Service Delivery Driver to join our team. In this role, you will help create a smooth and convenient service experience for our customers by delivering loaner vehicles, picking up and returning customer vehicles, and assisting with the overall flow of our service department. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys driving, staying organized, and providing excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

• Monday – Friday
• 7:30 AM – 4:30 PM
• $15 per hour

Responsibilities

• Deliver loaner/rental vehicles to customers at their homes or workplaces
• Pick up customer vehicles for scheduled service appointments
• Return serviced vehicles to customers once service work is complete
• Transport loaner vehicles back to the dealership safely and efficiently
• Safely retrieve, park, and move customer and service vehicles as needed
• Maintain organization and cleanliness of service lanes and parking areas
• Provide friendly, professional assistance to customers and answer basic questions
• Communicate effectively with service advisors and the service team throughout the day
• Handle vehicle keys and maintain accurate vehicle location awareness
• Provide shuttle services to customers when needed
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable driving throughout the local area
• Ability to work independently and stay organized
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to safely operate automatic and manual transmission vehicles preferred

****Valid driver’s license, satisfactory background check results and clean driving record
