Qualifications
Education/Certification: Must be a graduate of an accredited school of pharmacy and be currently licensed by the State of Idaho.
Experience: Required to demonstrate knowledge and skills necessary to provide services appropriate to the age of patients served, including infant, child, adolescent, adult and geriatric.
Equipment/Technology: Must possess a valid Idaho driver’s license, meet minimum Idaho State automobile insurance requirements, and have the use of an automobile for transportation.
Language/Communication: Must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills in order to interact effectively with a range of professionals as well as patients, their families and other caregivers.
Mathematical Skills: Basic math skills
Mental Capabilities: Must be able to maintain concentration for extended periods, since there is no tolerance for error in the work.
Interpersonal: Must be able to work effectively with physicians, nurses, and other health care providers. Works cooperatively with other members of the interdisciplinary health care team.
Performance: Must possess excellent clinical skills and superior organizational skills in order to accomplish the workload during busy periods. Must be self-motivated and able to function independently. Generally, works without direct supervision.
