Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Receptionist to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY: Schedules surgical procedures for Grand Teton Surgical Center and maintains EMR system for Grand Teton Surgical Center. Ensures that the patient’s information is collected, entered into our computer system accurately, and that all patients are aware of Grand Teton Surgical Center policies and procedures. Answers phones and provides answers to basic questions as needed. Processes incoming and outgoing faxes, and correspondence. Collects applicable payments, issues receipts and ensures they are processed accordingly.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: High school diploma or general education degree (GED). Maintain BLS certification.
Experience: One to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Equipment/Technology: Ability to use hospital information system as needed, and operate basic computer functions and software.
Language/Communication: Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals. Ability to write routine reports and correspondence. Ability to speak effectively before groups of customers or employees of the organization.
Mathematical Skills: General math skills
Mental Capabilities: Ability to apply common sense to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form. Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations.
Interpersonal: Ability to work well with others
Performance: Strong organizational skills are required.
