Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Nurse Supervisor to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
Oversees daily operations of the Blackfoot Medical Center clinic to provide patients with the best possible care experience.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ability to work well with others; be a positive example and motivating personality within the clinic.
- Work with Medical Director & QA Officer for updating, creating & reviewing Policies & Procedures for the Blackfoot Medical Center Department.
- Assist in resolving patient concerns.
- Work with departmental Team Leads to create smooth operation of the clinic and cohesion of the departments.
- Conduct regular meetings with Team Leads as well as all staff.
- Oversee clinic training with assistance of the Blackfoot Medical Center Education nurse.
- Facilitate good communication between clinic and hospital departments & administration.

Qualifications:Education/Certification: Current licensure as a Registered/Practical Nurse in the State of Idaho. BLS, ACLS, and PALS certification required or must be attained within 6 months of hire.
Experience: Five years in a clinic setting.
Equipment/Technology: Must be able to use Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
Language/Communication: Must have the sensitivity, maturity, and ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both verbally and in writing.
Mathematical Skills: General mathematics.
Performance: Full time position requiring some weekends and holidays.
