This role plays an important part in ensuring therapy sessions run smoothly by assisting therapists with daily operations, preparing equipment, and supporting resident mobility. The Rehab Aide helps maintain a safe, organized, and efficient therapy environment while contributing to positive resident outcomes.Reporting: This position works closely with the Director of Rehabilitation and therapy staff, including Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists, to support daily rehabilitation services and resident care.Role OverviewAssist Physical Therapists, Occupational Therapists, and Speech-Language Pathologists with therapy preparation and non-clinical tasksPrepare, organize, and maintain therapy treatment areas and equipmentTransport residents safely to and from therapy sessionsAssist with maintaining cleanliness and organization of the therapy gym and equipmentSupport therapists in maintaining an efficient therapy workflowHelp ensure a safe and positive therapy environment for residents and staffFollow facility policies, procedures, and infection control guidelinesWhat We’re Looking ForHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredPrevious experience in a skilled nursing facility, rehabilitation center, or healthcare setting preferredAbility to assist with resident mobility and transportStrong communication and teamwork skillsAbility to follow therapist instructions and facility protocolsReliable, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced healthcare environmentInterest in rehabilitation services and supporting the geriatric populationWhat We Offer (Terms and Conditions Apply)Competitive hourly payPaid orientationSupportive therapy and facility leadership teamOpportunity to gain hands-on experience in rehabilitation servicesCareer growth opportunities within healthcare and therapy servicesCollaborative and patient-centered work environmentAdditional benefits available based on employment status and eligibilityApplication InstructionsInterested candidates are invited to apply and upload their resume.
