Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Charge Nurse to join our team. Positions available for Mon-Friday schedule
1 opening Monday through Friday - night shift
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care and administer treatments as needed
- Supervise and mentor nursing staff, including assigning duties and providing guidance
- Monitor patients' conditions and ensure appropriate interventions are implemented
- Conduct physical examinations and assessments
- Administer medications, including injections, as prescribed
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records
- Ensure compliance with all facility policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines
