Mountain View Hospital is looking for a Compliance and Policy Specialist to join our team!
JOB SUMMARY:
A Compliance & Policy Specialist uses critical thinking, communication, and interpersonal skills to build interdepartmental relationships and programs. The Compliance & Policy Specialist oversees projects and/or program(s) with significant interdependencies and communicates across multiple channels including Compliance, Informatics, Clinical, Quality, Safety and Operations teams to define an initiative's scope, schedule, projects, policies and committees. Compliance& Policy Specialists have ownership from initiation to development of deliverables through deployment of the product, oversight of policies including turnover to the appropriate systems support and user support organizations.

Qualifications
Education/Certification: College graduate - Preferred. Other - 3 years relevant Project Management or relevant field experience in lieu of degree.
Experience: 3 years relevant project management experience - required. Healthcare experience - preferred. Quality Assurance or Compliance and Regulator experience - preferred.
Technology: Experience with various EHRs, clinical software packages, project management software, and business platforms.
Language / Communication: Communication skills using speech and writing. Must be able to effectively communicate technical requirements and solutions to both technical and nontechnical users.
Mathematical Skills: Intermediate
Mental Capabilities: Strong problem solving and ability to prioritize, multitask, work unsupervised and meet deadlines.
Interpersonal: Ability to interact with all personality types.
Performance: Ability to systematically troubleshoot complex problems and develop solutions.
