Job Summary:

Responsibilities:
- Conduct initial assessments and develop treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient
- Implement evidence-based occupational therapy interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Collaborate with other members of the healthcare team to ensure comprehensive care
- Provide education and training to patients, families, and caregivers to promote patient empowerment and independence
- Document patient progress and maintain accurate records
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to continuously enhance patient care
- Master's degree in Occupational Therapy
- Current licensure as an Occupational Therapist
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
