Duties
- Perform comprehensive auto body repairs, including dent removal, panel replacement, and structural alignment using specialized tools and techniques.
- Utilize MIG welding, soldering, and other welding methods to repair sheet metal and fabricate parts as needed.
- Conduct automotive painting with precision
- Use hand tools, power tools, and fabrication equipment to shape, assemble, and restore vehicle components.
- Inspect vehicles thoroughly to identify damage extent, estimate repair timeframes, and execute repairs efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of repairs performed, parts used, and customer specifications to ensure transparency and quality control.
Requirements
- Extensive background in auto body repair, 3 years minimum preferred.
- Strong mechanical knowledge combined with hands-on experience in automotive repair techniques.
- Skilled in MIG welding, sheet metal fabrication, auto painting, and auto restoration projects.
- Ability to operate various tools including hand tools, power tools, heavy lifting equipment, and protective equipment properly.
- Knowledge of automotive systems such as mechanical components, auto painting processes, and welding techniques.
- Excellent attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship; ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining safety standards.
- Auto mechanic experience is not required but preferred.
Pay is based on experience!
Part time or full time.
