Position Overview
We're looking for an experienced Lead Carpenter/Supervisor who can lead by example, work across multiple trades, and take ownership of projects from start to finish.
This is not a single-trade position. The ideal candidate is a versatile construction professional who enjoys problem-solving, takes pride in quality workmanship, and can confidently manage projects, crews, and client expectations.
Responsibilities
- Perform and oversee work across multiple construction trades.
- Lead projects from start to finish while maintaining quality and efficiency.
- Read plans and execute work accurately.
- Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and team members.
- Troubleshoot field issues and develop practical solutions.
- Maintain clean, safe, and organized jobsites.
- Communicate professionally with clients and management.
- Ensure projects stay on schedule and meet company standards.
Qualifications
- 7 years of residential construction experience preferred.
- Strong working knowledge of framing, finish carpentry, drywall, flooring, roofing, siding, doors/windows, plumbing, and electrical.
- Ability to read blueprints and construction plans.
- Excellent problem-solving and leadership skills.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and detail-oriented.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
