Position Overview:
Mountain Valley Orthopedics is seeking a reliable and motivated Rehabilitation Technician to join our outpatient therapy team. This role supports Physical and Occupational Therapists with patient care, assists with front desk operations, and helps maintain a clean, organized clinic environment. This is a great opportunity for someone interested in healthcare—no prior experience required, we will train the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist therapists with patient care under direct supervision
- Prepare treatment areas and set up therapy equipment
- Apply hot/cold packs and support patient flow
- Clean and sanitize treatment areas and equipment after each use
- Answer phones and provide excellent customer service
- Schedule and register patients accurately
- Perform general administrative tasks as needed
- Complete laundry duties and maintain clinic organization
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- No prior experience required—training provided
- Customer service or healthcare experience is a plus, but not required
