What are the responsibilities and job description for the Well Tender position at Mountain V Oil and Gas?
Job Summary
Perform daily and weekly checks on conventional wells over multiple locations in and around Harrison, Doddridge, and Ritchie County. Monitor well equipment and tanks to ensure they are operating efficiently. Perform routine maintenance on company equipment. Apply general understanding of industry standards and company regulations related to the oil & gas industry.
Duties/Responsibilities
· Monitor equipment and flows closely.
· Input production data into appropriate software.
· Must be able to troubleshoot issues and repair/replace components on route as needed.
· Work on compressors as well as conventional wells.
· Pull charts on a monthly basis and report to supervisor about production.
· Master daily route and expectations.
· Follow all of Mountain V’s safety guidelines.
· Comfortable with potential call outs on nights and weekends.

Education and Experience
· High school diploma or equivalent preferred
· 2 years of well tending experience preferred
· Driver’s License required

· No supervisory responsibilities associated with this position.
Compensation based off of experience.
