What We're Looking For
The ideal candidate will be confident, motivated, detail-oriented, and committed to patient care and clinical excellence. To be considered, applicants must have all of the following:
Required Certifications & Skills
- Radiology Certification
- Dental Assisting Certification
- Coronal Polishing Certification
- At least 1 year of chairside assisting experience
- Experience assisting with surgical extractions
- Experience assisting with dental implant procedures
Core Skills & Capabilities
The ideal team member:
- Anticipates the doctor’s needs without being directed
- Sets up surgical trays and rooms confidently and correctly
- Maintains sterile environments and procedural readiness
- Manages instrumentation accurately
- Ensures smooth, seamless appointment flow
- Helps patients feel safe, supported, and informed
- Tracks surgical follow-ups and post-operative needs
They understand how excellence in execution impacts patient outcomes.
Preferred Skill (We’ll Even Pay for Your Training if you are the right fit)
While not required at the time of hiring, this position will eventually require Phlebotomy.
If you do not already have this certification, we will pay for your training and certification.
