We are currently looking for caring, dependable, and experienced caregivers to help cover multiple shifts with clients in their homes.
We have a variety of shifts and hours available, including daytime, evening, weekend, part-time, and PRN opportunities.
Whether you are looking for a regular schedule or additional hours that can work around your current commitments, we encourage you to apply.
We are especially interested in applicants who have previous home care, personal care, CNA, or other healthcare/medical experience.
What You’ll Do
Every client’s needs are a little different. Depending on the client, your responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, dressing, and mobility
- Preparing meals and assisting with light housekeeping
- Providing companionship and conversation
- Running small errands or accompanying clients to appointments when required
- Keeping simple daily documentation
- Communicating with the Mountain Top Home Care office team regarding client needs or concerns

Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Reliable transportation is required
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Must be dependable and able to report to scheduled client shifts
- Previous home care, personal care, CNA, or medical/healthcare experience preferred
- Able to pass a background check and drug screen
- Caring, respectful, and professional attitude
- High school diploma or GED
