Mountain Tidy Cleaning Services is looking for a dependable, motivated Operations Supervisor to help lead our cleaning teams. In this role, you'll support employees, check the quality of work, communicate with clients, and help keep daily operations running smoothly. Responsibilities
- Supervise and support cleaning staff.
- Train new employees and help current employees succeed.
- Check buildings to make sure cleaning meets company standards.
- Communicate with clients and address any questions or concerns.
- Help create employee schedules and fill open shifts when needed.
- Monitor supplies and equipment and restock when necessary.
- Assist with hiring and onboarding new team members.
- Keep accurate records and communicate with management about daily operations.
- Help maintain a positive, professional work environment.
Qualifications
- Previous leadership or supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong communication and people skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple tasks.
- Dependable with good problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable using a computer, phone, and basic office programs.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass a background check.
Physical Requirements
- Ability to lift to 50 pounds.
- Ability to stand, walk, bend, and move throughout the day.
- Ability to travel between job sites when needed.
