Key Responsibilities
- Assist in preparing construction sites by clearing debris and setting up safety barriers
- Perform physical labor, including heavy lifting and moving materials, tools, and equipment
- Support carpentry work such as framing, trim work, and metal stud installation
- Assist with concrete tasks including mixing, pouring, finishing, and pumping
- Install rebar and support masonry work such as bricklaying and stucco application
- Operate basic hand tools and power tools for cutting, drilling, and assembling materials
- Follow all safety guidelines and maintain a clean, organized job site
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Basic mechanical knowledge and familiarity with construction tools and equipment
- Experience with concrete work (forming, pouring, finishing) is a plus
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and construction plans is a plus
- Knowledge of rebar, masonry, roofing, flooring, or general construction is a plus
- Experience operating equipment such as forklifts or similar machinery is beneficial
- Valid driver’s license; commercial driving experience is a plus
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Commitment to safety and reliability on job sites
