As an Inside Sales Representative at Mountain States Agency, LLC you will be responsible for quotations, order entry, customer service, meeting sales goals, following MSA processes and working closely with the entire team.
Please note this is an on-site position. Our office is located at 733 S Camino Del Pueblo Bernalillo, NM. This position will be Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm.
Responsibilities
- Pricing quotations, order entry, processing returns, and order tracking
- Go-to technical and customer service resource
- Meet established goals for territory development and sales quotas
Ideal Candidate
- Have an outgoing, friendly, and upbeat personality
- Pay close attention to detail and be organized
- Skilled multi-task and able to meet strict deadlines
- Be self-motivated and able to work independently to meet or exceed goals
- Tech-savvy with experience in Microsoft Office and cloud based systems
- Fast and motivated learner
- Background in customer service
- Experience in the electrical industry
