Design Engineering/Industrial Sales Machine Shop

Job Summary
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Salesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a extensive knowledge of manufacturing , machining and fabrication. They will go to customers, current and potential, in the local area. They will evaluate if potential jobs are in our capability and communicate with our staff daily. This role requires excellent communication skills and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs to provide personalized service.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and effectively communicate features and benefits to customers.
• Assist customers in making informed purchasing decisions by answering questions and addressing concerns.
• Follow up with customers post-sale to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance.
• Stay informed about customer needs to maintain a competitive edge.

Skills

• Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with diverse clientele.
• Proven Manufacturing experience or a demonstrated ability to meet sales goals is preferred.
• Excellent verbal communication skills, with an emphasis on active listening.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
• A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and willingness to learn new skills are essential for success in this role.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
