What You’ll Do
This is a true sales role. You’ll be responsible for developing and closing new commercial insurance opportunities while building lasting client relationships.
Core responsibilities include:
- Prospect and generate new business opportunities within target markets
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified prospects
- Conduct risk assessments and analyze current coverage
- Build and present tailored insurance proposals
- Close new business and manage the transition to service teams
- Collaborate with internal service staff to deliver a strong client experience
- Stay actively involved in key client relationships and renewals
- Participate in sales meetings, pipeline reviews, and performance tracking
- Represent the agency in the community and build referral networks
