Direct Support Professional (DSP) – Make a Difference Every Day!

What You May Do
- Offer compassionate personal care and supervision, always ensuring dignity and respect.
- Provide hands-on support with daily living needs (ADLs) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meals.
- Safely perform transfers and heavy lifting using equipment such as Hoyer lifts (training provided if needed).
- Accompany individuals on community outings and provide safe transportation to appointments.
- Assist with meal prep, feeding, and medications (training provided).
- Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment.

- Flexibility to work a variety of shifts, including evenings and weekends.
Helpful but not required:
- Prior experience in direct care or a similar field.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $17.00 - $18.00 per hour
