Job Overview
Mountain Smoothie Cafe is hiring dependable, high-energy Smoothie Bar Team Members (Crew Members) to join our fast-paced team.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys customer service, works with urgency, and takes pride in doing things the right way. You’ll be responsible for preparing drinks, serving customers, and keeping the cafe running smoothly during busy shifts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare smoothies, acai bowls, and beverages quickly and accurately
- Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Take customer orders and operate the POS system
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Restock ingredients and supplies throughout the shift
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and health guidelines
- Work as part of a team to ensure efficient operations
Qualifications
- Food service, restaurant, barista, or customer service experience preferred
- Strong work ethic and reliability (consistent attendance required)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
- Positive attitude and team-first mindset
- Coachable and willing to learn
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting
- Weekend availability preferred
