Your Role: Journeyman Plumber / Crew Leader
As a Crew Leader, you’ll be more than just a plumber — you’ll be the driver of excellence on every jobsite. You’ll lead crews, train apprentices, solve challenges, and deliver projects that meet the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Lead plumbing crews on installs, repipes, remodels, and service projects.
- Read and interpret blueprints and specifications.
- Ensure compliance with all Utah plumbing codes.
- Mentor and train apprentices and helpers.
- Communicate with builders, contractors, and customers.
- Uphold safety, professionalism, and quality on every job.
- Maintain clean, organized vehicles and job sites.
- Track time and paperwork accurately.
What It Takes
- Valid Utah Journeyman Plumber License (required).
- 4 years plumbing experience.
- Previous leadership or crew lead experience preferred.
- Knowledge of residential & commercial systems.
- A strong problem-solving mindset and commitment to quality.
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (required).
