About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled installer to join our team. As a Custom Cabinet Installer, you will be responsible for installing custom cabinets in residential and commercial new construction and remodels. Your attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team will be essential in ensuring that our clients receive high-quality workmanship. You will work closely with our design team to ensure that the cabinets are installed according to specifications and meet our high standards of quality.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and specifications
• Proficiency with hand and power tools
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in the field
• Valid driver's license
• 3 years experience installing cabinets

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience installing custom cabinetry
• Experience in interior trim and finish carpentry
• Experience working with high-end materials
• Experience working in both residential and commercial settings

Responsibilities:

• Install custom cabinets in residential and commercial properties
• Read and interpret shop drawings
• Install hardware such as hinges, handles, and drawer pulls
• Install moldings, scribe stiles, and make necessary adjustments in the field
• Ensure all installations meet specifications, design intent, and our quality standards
• Communicate effectively with designers, jobsite superintendents, and other tradespeople
• Maintain clean and safe job sites

Skills:

As a Custom Cabinet Installer, you will need to have precise wood working ability to install custom cabinets and trim in residential and commercial properties. You will also use your ability to read and interpret shop drawings and specifications to ensure that the installation is executed according to schedule and to our standard of excellent craftsmanship. You will be expected to modify parts and materials in the field as necessary, scribe stiles and install hardware such as hinges, handles, drawer pulls and a variety of accessories. Additionally, your ability to problem-solve and think creatively will be valuable in ensuring that the installation is completed efficiently and effectively. Finally, your excellent communication skills will be essential in working closely with our design team, jobsite superintendents, other tradespeople and ensuring that our clients are satisfied with the final product.
