What are the responsibilities and job description for the Recruiting and OnBoarding Specialist position at Mountain Shadows Support Group?
The Recruiting and On-boarding Specialist will be responsible for meeting company recruiting and hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified individuals. Duties will include sourcing and screening potential candidates, scheduling and coordinating the interview process, conducting background checks, making offers of employment and coordinating the new-hire orientation process. Will also assist with other HR functions which may include new employee paperwork and other new employee orientation functions.

Qualifications:
- 1 year of recent experience recruiting and interviewing
- Ability to search and find candidates through various methods including the use of social media
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to problem solve and work independently
- Familiarity with hiring and recruiting best practices
