Mountain Safe Overview:
Mountain Safe is a collaborative effort between law enforcement, justice agencies, and community service organizations in Eagle County working together to reduce crime, improve outcomes for victims, keep children from being exposed to violence, mitigate at-risk behavior, and address substance abuse and mental health trends that arefueling violent behavior.
The Program Coordinator for Mountain Safe Response is responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of the program, ensuring efficient and effective operations to support individuals in need of resources and support within Eagle County.
This role involves comprehensive coordination with partner agencies, community outreach, data management, and client follow-up to ensure the highest level of service delivery and support.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Coordination and Communication:
- Respond to referrals promptly, aiming for a 24–48-hour window.
- Conduct intake processes and gather necessary data from referrals and partner agencies.
- Host monthly meetings with partner agencies and the leadership team to review program outcomes, challenges, and strategize improvements.
- Conduct regular 1:1 check-in with partner agencies to foster strong relationships and address any concerns.
2. Community Outreach and Marketing:
- Develop marketing materials and distribute them to local agencies and throughout the community on a regular basis.
- Actively seek new agencies and organizations to partner with, expanding the network of support available to individuals in need.
- Manage Instagram and Facebook account posting regularly and fostering engagement with the community through social platforms
3. Client Interaction and Follow-Up:
- Monitor Mountain Safe email and phone (texts and calls) daily, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests.
- Professionally address clients; immediate needs and ensure follow-up at specified intervals (2 days, 1 week, 2 weeks, 1 month, and 2 months after intake) to assess ongoing support requirements.
- Provide updates to partner agencies regarding the status of referrals and outcomes.
4. Data Management:
- Log all referrals, whether self-referred or agency-based, accurately and comprehensively.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions and outcomes to facilitate reporting and program evaluation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in social work, psychology, public health, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.
- Proven experience in program management, preferably in crisis intervention or social services.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Familiarity with data management systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $26.00 - $32.00 per hour
