About the role
A Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) is needed to join our team. We think that the highly qualified and caring staff members who work so hard every day to improve the lives of our residents are the reason for our success. We appreciate the crucial work that our CNAs do because when they take good care of our residents, so do we.
Additionally, we urge any of those who want to work for us as CNAs! No prior experience is necessary—we train!
Duties
- As needed, provide assistance to residents with ambulation, transfers, and other activities.
- Help residents with their daily living activities (ADLs), such as bathing, dressing, grooming, using the restroom, changing their bed sheets, etc.
- Inform the relevant supervisor of the state of our inhabitants.
- Meal preparation and planning with resident help
- As required, assist residents with their regular exercise.
- aid the trained nursing personnel in their therapeutic techniques.

Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Must be 18 years of age
- Proof of COVID vaccination
- Home Care or Hospice experience is a plus
- Physical endurance - able to lift, transfer, and move patients
- Willingness to undergo a background check
- BLS Certification encouraged
