Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and integrate a comprehensive Skin Health and Wound management program in collaboration with nursing center management.
- Oversee durable medical equipment related to wound prevention and treatment.
Required qualifications include:
- Strong knowledge base of acceptable standards of care for nurses, providers, therapists, dietitians, and others on the nursing center team.
- Experience in team building and demonstrating respect for the interprofessional team in wound management.
- Knowledge of nursing home regulations and survey process.
- Strong Microsoft Word, Excel, Database Management, PowerPoint skills.
We offer a competitive salary range of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, along with a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, company-paid life insurance, 401K, paid time off, tuition assistance, and more.
