What are the responsibilities and job description for the Carpenter position at Mountain Ridge Builders?
. Requirements:
-Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
-Ability to accept feedback and adapt to change with a positive attitude.
-Basic knowledge of carpentry including math skills, quality, and efficiency.
-Physically fit and able to regularly lift 100 lbs.
-Ability to work on your feet in various weather conditions (hot or cold) for extended periods of time.
-Be comfortable on a scaffold And working at heights.
-Tool belt and basic hand tools are required (any other power tools are a plus).
-Ability to work with a small or large crew of people.
-Must be dependable and maintain a strong sense of integrity and work ethic.
- We are also looking for sub contractors that have their own insurance.
-This is a basic carpentry position. Pay depends on experience and is 1099. There is a one week evaluation period to establish pay based on experience and work ethic.
