What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Reception/Housekeeper position at Mountain Retreat Associates Inc?
We are looking for an addition to our 16 room inn staff. This position would entail 2-3 days a week of desk reception and 2-4 days per week of housekeeping. Some housekeeping being done during the desk shifts and additional shifts weekly of just housekeeping. The position would be approximately 20 hours per week to start and ramping up to 30-32 per week as the busy season gets under way in May.
Candidates need to be flexible with availability, as days will change depending on business.
Must be customer service oriented and enjoy engaging with people, basic to intermediate computer skills and be organized and detail oriented.
Candidates must be fluent in English and be comfortable with telephone use.
Some customer service experience, 2 years, is required.
Housekeeping experience of 1-2 years.
This is an independent, family owned and operated business with a casual and friendly culture. We hope to bring on our new member in the next 7-10 days.
