Position OverviewWe’re looking for a Senior Tour Guide / Chauffeur who is equally comfortable leading exceptional private tours and providing polished, high-end transportation service. This role is ideal for someone who combines first-class hospitality, professional driving, and deep local knowledge to create memorable guest experiences from the first pickup to the final drop-off.
Work Schedule: Position offers variable and balanced work schedule between both guiding tours and experiences and chauffeur work.
Key Responsibilities
Tour Guiding
- Lead private tours throughout Grand Teton National Park, Yellowstone National Park, and surrounding areas.
- Share engaging interpretations of wildlife, history, geology, and the natural environment.
- Adapt each tour to guest interests, pace, and expectations to create a highly personalized experience.
- Confidently manage daily logistics, timing, and guest needs throughout the tour day.
Chauffeur / Transportation
- Provide luxury transportation service for airport transfers, private clients, weddings, corporate groups, and special events throughout Jackson Hole and surrounding areas.
- Safely and professionally transport guests in luxury SUVs, sprinter vans, and larger vehicles as needed.
- Deliver a polished, high-touch experience with strong attention to punctuality, presentation, discretion, and guest comfort.
- Communicate clearly with dispatch, office staff, and clients regarding schedules, timing changes, and special requests.
- Represent the company with professionalism from the first guest interaction through final drop-off.
Who You Are
- Experienced in luxury hospitality with customer service standards consistent with 4- to 5-star service.
- Comfortable working with discerning clientele and anticipating guest needs.
- Experienced guiding tours in and around Grand Teton National Park and Yellowstone National Park.
- Naturalist education or background is preferred.
- Possess an excellent driving record and take pride in safe, smooth, professional transportation.
- Calm, polished, and dependable under changing conditions.
- Friendly, confident, and able to work independently with minimal oversight.
Bonus skill: If you already have at least a class C-CDL with passenger endorsement or are interested in obtaining one this would make you an even more attractive candidate. Having a CDL is not a requirement but is a useful tool and provides another steady stream of work with us.
