The Regulatory Program Manager is responsible for coordinating continuous regulatory, licensure, and accreditation compliance across hospitals, emergency centers, community clinics, and corporate settings. The role acts as a primary expert and consultant, developing structures and processes to drive optimal compliance and competence.
Office sight visits are required to Colorado, Kansas, and Utah. They would get lots of questions, being resourceful and do their own research. Maintaining the policy work, make sure that it aligns with Nationals policies. Working with the education department.

Requirements
- Education: Bachelor’s degree is required, with a preference for a healthcare or clinical degree.
- Experience: Requires three years in a healthcare setting and one year in project management, performance improvement, or change facilitation. Preferred experience includes regulatory/accreditation readiness and survey preparation.
- Certifications: Certified Professional in Health Care Quality is preferred.
- Nursing or clincal experience is strongly preferred.
- Ambulatory experience is preferred.
Physical Requirements - Medium Work - (Exert up to 50lbs force occasionally, and/or up to 20lbs frequently, and/or up to 10lbs constantly)
