Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate PRN (as-needed) Physical Therapist to join our Home Health team. To assist our patients in the Washington and Smyth County VA areas.
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of patients’ physical conditions, including mobility, strength, and functional abilities.
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that incorporate therapeutic exercises, manual therapy techniques such as trigger point therapy, and patient education.
Experience
- Prior experience practicing in a physical therapy role within home health or outpatient rehabilitation settings is highly preferred.
- Current VA License
