This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career professional to gain hands-on experience in federal environmental project delivery. The role provides direct exposure to USACE and NAVFAC contracting processes, environmental regulations, and large-scale remediation and compliance projects. • Maintain organized project files, records, and databases in accordance with USACE/NAVFAC quality assurance and records management standards.
  • Participate in project meetings, site visits, and client teleconferences; take detailed notes and distribute action items.
  • Help develop environmental proposals, including technical approaches, labor estimates, and basis-of-estimate documentation.
  • Support compliance with key federal regulations (CERCLA, RCRA, CWA, CAA, NEPA, etc.) and DoD environmental policies.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Director of Environmental to support overall department and company goals.
