Build Projects You'll Be Proud to Put Your Name On.
At Mountain Peak Home Remodeling, we don't believe in rushing through projects or cutting corners just to move to the next job.
We believe every homeowner deserves exceptional craftsmanship, honest communication, and a remodeling experience they can actually enjoy.
That's why we're building a team of professionals who take pride in their work, respect our customers' homes, and want to build a long-term career—not just collect a paycheck.
If you're someone who enjoys solving problems, producing quality work, and leaving every project better than you found it, we'd love to meet you.

- Interior Remodeling
Our reputation has been built on craftsmanship, professionalism, communication, and treating every customer's home with respect.

Our goal is simple:
Do quality work. Treat people right. Build a company everyone is proud to be part of.
The Position
We're looking for an experienced Remodeling Carpenter who can confidently lead projects from start to finish.
You'll work primarily in occupied homes where professionalism is just as important as craftsmanship.

- Install kitchen and bathroom cabinets
- Perform finish carpentry including trim, crown molding, fillers, scribes, and toe kicks
- Read project plans and layouts
- Ensure all work is level, plumb, square, and professionally finished
- Coordinate daily project activities
- Keep jobsites clean and organized
- Communicate professionally with homeowners
- Follow company systems and safety procedures
