Key Responsibilities• Manage community Social Media platforms to share community events timely and highlights the residents, staff and families. Keeps a Marketing perspective on Social Media presentation
• Oversees Front Desk team regarding: Customer Service Training, Phone Etiquette, Greeting guests, and overall Customer Service presentation in the community
• Create and Lead on-going Employee Orientation program – focused on Customer Service
• Create and lead on-going Employee Customer Service Training – to ensure all team approach for Sales and resident retention
• Walk through community daily to ensure that all common areas are presentable and prepared for guests at any time.
• Ensure Hospitality stations (beverage station and baked goods/snacks) are stocked and prepared for guests daily
• Manage resident move-in & hospitality process once resident is in the community such as: Welcome packet, flowers, tour, meet-the-team process.
• Serves as liaison to new residents and supports their transition into community – including setting up welcome meal with Resident Ambassadors, provide them with community orientation during first 24 hours at the community, and communicate with department head team for any additional resident support needed to complete move-in process.
• Hosts weekly resident social events and communicate with Sales & Marketing so that prospects can be invited. Ensure a warm welcome to any prospects attending events and provide tours or hand-off to Sales as appropriate.
• Serve as backup to Sales & Marketing for Tours and phone inquiries when Sales team is out of community or not available to support lead inquiries.
Qualifications & Skills• Must demonstrate the knowledge and skills necessary to provide care appropriate to the residents.
• Must be able to read, write and understand the English language.
• Must possess the ability to make independent decisions.
• Must possess the ability to deal tactfully with personnel, residents, family members, visitors, surveyors and the general public.
• Must have thorough knowledge of Oregon regulations as it pertains to the admission process.
• Must be knowledgeable of reimbursement regulations and senior care practices and procedures as well as laws, regulations and guidelines pertaining to long term care facilities.
• Must possess the ability to plan, organize, develop, implement and interpret the programs, goals, objectives, policies and procedures necessary for revenue growth.
• Must have patience, tact, cheerful disposition and enthusiasm when interacting with staff, residents & visitors, etc.
