Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role based in Huntsville, AL for an Internet Sales Representative. The Internet Sales Representative will be responsible for responding to online inquiries, communicating with customers through phone, email, or chat, and assisting in the sales process to guide prospective buyers through their purchase journey. Other duties include maintaining product knowledge, managing online leads, and ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience. Collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead conversions will also be part of the day-to-day responsibilities.
