Job Overview
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Crew Members to join our dynamic team. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about food service, quick-paced environments, and providing excellent customer experiences. As a Crew Member, you will be the face of our restaurant, ensuring every guest receives prompt and friendly service while maintaining high standards of food safety and sanitation. Previous restaurant or food industry experience is a plus, but we are willing to train motivated candidates eager to learn. Duties

• Prepare and assemble food items according to established recipes and quality standards
• Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and cashiering
• Take customer orders accurately, upsell menu items, and handle cash transactions with precision
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of workstations, dining areas, and kitchen equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
• Serve food efficiently at the counter or drive-thru, ensuring quick service times
• Manage food handling responsibilities including portion control and proper storage
• Assist with bussing tables and maintaining a tidy dining environment
• Follow all safety procedures related to food handling, sanitation, and equipment use
• Support team members in various roles including kitchen assistance, serving, and cleaning

Experience

• Previous experience in food preparation, cashiering, or customer service within a quick service or fast-food restaurant is preferred but not required
• Familiarity with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is advantageous
• Knowledge of food safety standards and sanitation practices in the food industry
• Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and order accuracy
• Experience in a café, grocery store, or retail environment that involves serving customers or managing transactions is beneficial
• Strong time management skills to handle high-volume periods efficiently
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail and excellent customer service skills

Pay: From $20.00 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 per week
