Job Summary
We are seeking energetic and customer-focused Fast Food Team Members to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service in a quick service and fast food restaurant environment. Your primary duties will include food preparation, cashiering, and ensuring a clean and safe dining experience for our guests. Responsibilities
- Prepare and assemble food items efficiently following established recipes and safety standards
- Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS for order processing and payment handling
- Provide excellent customer service by taking orders, answering questions, and upselling menu items to enhance guest experience
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cash handling and basic math calculations
- Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of food prep areas, dining spaces, and equipment in compliance with food safety regulations
- Assist with bussing tables, cleaning dining areas, and restocking supplies as needed
- Ensure food safety standards are upheld during all stages of food handling and preparation
- Support team members during busy periods to ensure quick service times and customer satisfaction
- Follow all sanitation protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment
Requirements
- Prior experience in food service, quick service restaurants, or the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
- Knowledge of food preparation techniques and food safety standards is a plus
- Experience with POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS is desirable
- Strong time management skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, positive attitude
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and perform basic math calculations
- Capable of standing for extended periods and performing physical tasks such as bussing tables or cleaning kitchen areas
- Basic knowledge of sanitation practices within a restaurant or café setting
- Previous experience in retail math or grocery store environments is advantageous but not mandatory
