What You’ll Do
As a Key Holder / Opening & Closing Lead, you’ll help with:
- Opening and/or closing the restaurant
- Leading the team during assigned shifts
- Supporting cash handling and end-of-shift procedures
- Making sure food quality, cleanliness, and guest service standards are met
- Helping train and coach team members
- Keeping the shift organized during busy periods
- Communicating issues, needs, or concerns to management
- Creating a positive, reliable work environment
