Job Summary
We’re looking for enthusiastic, dependable Team Members to join our fast-paced quick service restaurant. As a Team Member, you’ll play a vital role in providing excellent customer service, maintaining food safety and quality, and helping create a clean and welcoming environment. You’ll be cross-trained in all areas of the restaurant and work together with your team to ensure every guest has a great experience.

Our company proudly owns and operates two Mountain Mike’s Pizza locations — one in Chandler, AZ and one in Mesa, AZ. Staff hours may be shared between both locations based on business needs and availability, providing team members with flexible scheduling and additional opportunities for hours.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide friendly and attentive service by greeting guests, taking orders, and addressing any questions or concerns.
• Prepare and serve food items according to restaurant policies, recipes, and food safety standards.
• Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and sanitation in all work areas including the kitchen, dining room, and restrooms.
• Follow proper hygiene and uniform standards—clean attire, good personal grooming, and proper handwashing are required at all times.
• Handle food safely and use protective gear (gloves, aprons, etc.) as required.
• Assist with inventory by restocking and reporting shortages when needed.
• Use suggestive selling and upselling to enhance the customer experience.
• Work as part of a team to ensure smooth operations during busy shifts.
• Be cross-trained in all restaurant areas—front of house, back of house, and delivery. All employees must be able to perform deliveries as needed, even if not primarily hired as drivers.
• Arrive on time and maintain reliable attendance.
• Stay attentive and proactive during shifts—monitoring ticket times, guest needs, and order accuracy.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous restaurant or food service experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of food safety practices is a plus.
• Must have or obtain a Food Handler Certificate within 30 days of hire (at employee’s own expense).
• Must maintain excellent personal hygiene and a clean, professional appearance while on duty.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Dependable, punctual, and committed to completing scheduled shifts.
• Quick learner with strong attention to detail.
• Enjoys working on a team and providing great service to every guest.

Compensation & Benefits

• Starting at $14.70 per hour (Arizona minimum wage) plus tips.
• Tips are distributed among team members in addition to hourly pay.
