- · Responsible for overall pre-construction services within the region.
- BS in a Construction related field is preferred.
- · Experience in multi-family construction required
- Conceptual and Hard Bid experience preferred.
- · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Word and Timberline software
- Strong prioritization and organizational skills; detail-oriented
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
